I remember the early days of Cheesy Lifestyle—when the idea of turning my passion into a business felt like a far-off dream, something that would always be just out of reach. The doubts crept in: Was I really cut out for this? Did I have the skills, the resources, the ability to make this work? But I had no idea that the very things I was doubting—my passion, my ability to create, my love for food, my resilience, my creativity —were the things that would carry me through the hardest times.
Building a business is never a straight path. There are twists and turns, highs and lows, and moments when you want to throw in the towel. Oh, so many of these moments! But as I look back on my journey, I realize that it was those doubts that made me stronger. I had to confront them, work through them, and find the courage to move forward even when I didn’t know what was on the other side. And, with Maria by my side, we’ve built something that we’re incredibly proud of.
The truth is, every business has its challenges. And every entrepreneur faces self-doubt at some point. But I’ve learned that confidence isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you create through action. Each cheese platter, each event, each moment of success builds that confidence, and I know now that we’ve created something special—something worth believing in.
